Nature of Outreach

All SMS outreach is B2B (business-to-business) in nature. Messages are composed and sent manually by the business owner in small batches (1–10 per session) and are not automated or bulk sent. Each message identifies the sender by name and company, explains the reason for contact, and includes a clear opt-out instruction.

Message Frequency

Message frequency per recipient is limited to a maximum of 4 messages (1 initial contact plus up to 3 follow-ups). Once a recipient replies STOP, no further messages will be sent.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP at any time to permanently opt out of further SMS messages from D20 Web Design. Opt-outs are honored immediately. Reply HELP for assistance.

Numbers are used solely to deliver D20 Web Design outreach messages and are processed through Twilio, our SMS delivery provider, under a data processing agreement.
